This was my first time using a VA loan but I assumed that this process would give some credibility to a veterans honesty and integrity. This seemed to be questioned throughout the process.

This is my second mortgage with VU and it has been a smooth and efficient process every time, I would definitely recommend to my friends.They have gotten me the best rates; the online document signing process is much better than I have experienced at other businesses; and, they are there if you need someone in person to talk to, you can't beat that.

I don't consider myself to be needy, but i certainly want to know that some one cares enough to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with the process. Unfortunately, this didn't happen with Steve Gustafson. Ask for someone else if he comes calling.

What an amazing home buying experience. So quick and efficient that our title company was impressed. First time buyer here and was extremely nervous, especially in this market.
