We were first time homebuyers. We are the type of people who like to do everything for ourselves, so turning control over was very hard for us. I chose Veterans United Home Loans for my refinance on the recommendation from a friend and was satisfied with the outcome. I don't appreciate being asked to provide scores of 10 (of 10) on the final survey (especially if it was not an error free process). I appreciate the time and attention during the refinancing process but do not look forward to doing it again.
