The entire team was so very easy to work with during my home purchase experience. They were always polite, friendly, helpful, informative, and well experienced in the guidance they provided from the early stages of loan qualification to the final closing meeting.

Everyone connected to VU was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always addressed any issue I had.
Everyone was very professional and courteous
Thank you for helping me make my dream home come true.

My team was outstanding! Since I was under great duress and needed to have everything complete in 30 days, they did an outstanding job in helping me to achieve my goal. JOB WELL DONE GUYS!

My experience with Veterans United was outstanding—the team was professional, knowledgeable, and delivered excellent communication and customer service.

All team members at Scott Air Force Base Veterans United went over and beyond the call of duty for me. From the lady at the front desk to Lindsay to Jessica to Michelle and everyone behind the scenes was deeply motivated. They are experts in writing VA loans. They had a good understanding on how to navigate the loan process for me.All deserve a BONUS.

Nick and team were fantastic. Knowledgeable, professionals who get the job done.

Everyone involved on the team handled the process very professionally and courteously.

Veterans United treated me with care and respect. They have made purchasing a home not only easy but enjoyable.

My home buying team was excellent. They were all friendly and quick to resolve issues. I was able to close early because the loan team was on their A game every day throughout the process.

I gotta be honest, it was a little stressful. TONS of documents needed, and many of them needed more than once... some more than two or even three times. It got to be a bit much.

The only issue was when we found out the appraisal was coming in on Tuesday the 23rd and the closing was scheduled on the 25th, nobody told us there was a mandatory 3-day time requirement. We were told at the last minute that we couldn't close on the 25th. As soon as you found the appraisal was coming back the closing should have be rescheduled. The only thing that helped us is the house was a new construction and the builder graciously allowed us to move in a day earlier. You and the realtor should have caught this and not created so much stress on us. That said, I still highly recommend both you and the realtor.

Had such a great and easy process working with Veterans United! Will definitely recommend to any of my friends, veteran or not! Great people to work with!

Terrible Experience. We’re not proactive in trying to get our home closed on time. Terrible communication. Never heard from the loan officer Jerry even when it was clear that we were frustrated by the one month delay in our closing. Would never recommend veteran’s united to any of our veterans.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Michael,
I’m so sorry to hear how disappointing this experience was for you. A month-long delay and feeling like no one was keeping you informed would be incredibly frustrating, and I regret that you were left without the support you deserved — especially as a veteran. That’s not the kind of experience I want anyone to walk away with from Veterans United.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like us to walk through this together. You can connect with my team at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
We are so please with Veterans United! Our team was outstanding! We would highly recommend them to all our friends!
