I loved my VU team! Conner was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even if it was 10 times a day! He never made me feel like a nuisance and always returned my calls! Kaitlin was the first and last person touched base with on my homebuying journey and she explained all of the nitty gritty details! This is a BANGING GROUP of people! Every one of these guys and gals made this super easy and stress free " and that was very difficult because I am a worry wort". At the start, I had some semblance of what I wanted, however was a bit apprehensive initially just because of my unfamiliarity with the home buying process. I HAVE TO SAY that my loan officer and his team’s timely responsiveness to answer my questions and guide me through the process boosted my confidence in doing this to the point where it felt so simple and I was never lost at any point along the way
