The customer service was top-notch! As soon as I submitted my online questionnaire I was contacted by a loan specialist (Kristen). She explained everything that would take place and answered any questions that I had. She sent a text with her email to contact her with questions at any time throughout the process. I even had a question after business hours and she still responded. Outstanding! I have definitely been recommending Veteran's United to friends and family. Did I mention that their process was super easy?
