They gave us the lowest rate but it should have taken only 30 days maybe 45 days at the most to complete. Overall poor communication.

This has been the best experience in home buying. Excellent customer service in that a mobile notary came to the house for the closing. Doesn't get any better than Veterans United Home Loan.

I think that there are places that may offer a better rate-but I don't think so--and then they would not have Chris to take them on the journey.
Very stress free and streamlined service. Any issue I was able to reach my loan officer via text or phone call. Answered all questions. No pressure with anything and very easy over all to sign and upload documents. Highly recommend using VU.Also had better rates than USAA, my personal bank and other loan companies.Went down almost 3 full percentage points.
I’m glad I chose to refinance with Veterans United. The whole process was done electronically. That made it very convenient. Mike Smith and Jackie Branscom were easy to work with, and quick to address any concerns we had. Closing was convenient as well, because the notary came to our house.
