We were guided step by step the entire way and also received emails on the many tasks sometimes overlooked when moving. Setting up utilities, forwarding mail, changing DMV information, getting home owners insurance were just some of the many reminders we received. Not one thing was overlooked, we were guided through everything. They were amazing.
The entire process was less complicated than I thought it would be and Mitch and Desi were great to work with.

Carlos, yes this is very sound advice. Our normal turnaround to close is 45 days, but the delays with covid have made this a bit more lengthy. Overall Veterans United was pretty good. Tori, the assistant I was assigned to was not very professional or knowledgeable so she had to pass me off to James for questions.
