Since we were in a push to be in the home by 12/30/19 for tax purposes, they were able to get the house closed on 12/23/2019 fulfilling our needs. Later Daniel dropped and email about Interest rates going down. We chose to refinance the home and dropped our payment to make the move worthwhile. Once again the whole process was smooth and easy that it was a great decision.
