We are very satisfied with our experience. Our loan specialist made the process simple and very clear, and she was a pleasure to work with. She helped guide us through the entire process and always responded to our questions. She was also very patient when I had to be out of town on orders. Highly recommend.

I'm not an easy person to work with. I can't bring my phone to work and by the time I got off shift, they were closed for the day. I practically did everything through voicemails and texts. This proved to be of zero consequence because the VU team has an extremely easy UI/platform and they explained everything I needed to do in enough detail to where I never needed to call them. On top of all this I never worried about my loan throughout the entire process.
Veterans United works hard to help Veterans achieve the goal of home ownership. We enjoyed our experience with them through our 1st home purchase as well as our refinance. They make home buying seem easy! Not all lenders have extensive knowledge of VA loans so working with a company like Veterans United took a lot of that stress away for us. Our 1st home purchase was during a huge transitional period for our family. My husband was getting out of the Army and even with all of that going on Derek and his team walked us through every step.
