Moving and purchasing a new home when you live on a fixed income can be extremely stressful. Add on top of that being a disabled person and senior citizen and it can become a disaster waiting to happen. This is why I choose to work with Veterans United. Misinformed and didn’t keep me updated on chnages. As a company you guys suck I have an open complain with the better business bureau. Also called up the VA working with them on a complaint against your company as well. One of the worse experiences of my life and I’ve been to Iraq.

To hear that working with us felt like one of the worst experiences you’ve ever had is heartbreaking, and I want you to know we’re taking your words seriously.

You mentioned open complaints with both the BBB and the VA, and while I know those processes are already in motion, I’d still really appreciate the opportunity to hear from you directly and look into what went wrong on our end. Being misinformed and left in the dark during a home loan process isn’t acceptable—and it certainly isn’t the kind of care we strive to provide to the Veterans we serve.
