Please review your process for the processing of Non-Spouse Co-borrower loans so that no Veteran has to experience the stress and delays that my fiancé and I experienced during this home buying process. They were unacceptable and could have left a less fortunate Veteran homeless and in the street.

I’m not sure if I’d use veterans United again. They push hard to close the deal which I understand they are a business however they can be less than personable when you need additional information or clarity. I’d probably go with USAA next time.
