We love Scott and his team! He’s honestly great and walks us through every single step. This is the second time with Scott and third time with veterans United. We will continue to use veterans United for all our mortgage loans.
The team was great to work with because of the excellent communication. I never felt like I was confused, in limbo, or waiting for a response. I have to commend the team on demonstrating knowing what they were doing and being courteous throughout this process.

I started getting confused on who was who. I had 3 people that were my loan agents. Which one was I supposed to talk to. If I asked a question anyone of the 3 would answer but I think it would be better to talk to just one person.
