I am indeed happy with the end result. HOWEVER, I feel the process could have been smoother. I was asked to provide them with items that I had previously submitted..., items that was in their portal. My closing date had to be pushed back a day due to small issues that could have been avoided.

We used a VA loan before and I don't remember there being so many additional questions to get the underwriting completed. However I know circumstances with Covid probably affected the process in ways we weren't privy to.
