There were several moments throughout the process where it felt like I must be the first separating veteran to ever be dealt with by this company. It took more work on my end then I think necessary to assist a group that you would think was familiar with this process. They came through for me though. Their portal is easy to navigate and very user friendly. They also provide a ton of information about the process and themselves along the way. I would say in fairly likely to use them again in the future.
