The loan team stuck with me even when the pandemic was in full swing, and they did their best to make the process as simple as possible since I was starting a new job and was very busy at the time. They also ensured I had the best realtor possible, as well as check in regularly to make sure they were helping us adequately.Overall I will definitely be using Veterans United in the future when I move again.
Overall, I would have to say my experience, while ok, does not enable me to endorse nor oppose Veterans United.

It was a great and easy experience. The only negative thing I have is on just a couple instances. I would have to resubmit information again on the same topic. It was easy to do but it was annoying. It did not happen enough that I felt the need to bring it up while talking. They are my number one choice next time
