He walked us through everything and was patient when explaining something we didn’t understand. He made the process go so much more smoothly and is one of the main reasons we’d go back to Veterans United for future home loans.
My transaction coordinator, Rebecca, is who I worked with the most out of this entire experience and she was amazing! She kept things clear and made getting all the documents needed super easy. Rebecca was quick to respond to emails and always kept my mind at ease :)

They kept their word on getting my appraisal done quick so that I knew I’d have a place to live when i got to Texas, and they got me refunded when my first house I got an appraisal on wasn’t a house i could buy due to legal reasons with the seller.
