I dont actually know if this was the responsibility of Doug or the underwriter. I made it clear the problems we could face from the beginning and on the day of closing the underwriting department wanted to not approve the loan. Thanks to Morgan it went through.

Working with Veterans United was a great home buying experience. Everything from the team to the structure of the home loan process was flawless.
