I appreciate you keeping me informed along the way, but it was a very long frustrating wait to get closed. It was have been better to communicate with realtor what documentation was needed for the escrow sooner. Also, changing your mind from requiring repairs to done to allowing escrow due to COVID-19 delays, likely contributed to more delays. But I’m glad everything worked out in the end. Thank you allowing me to be a homeowner!
I appreciate the patience EACH of the personnel at Veterans United afforded my wife and me during this process. The overall experience was as pleasant as it could be and I have ZERO complaint.
Veterans United made an exceptional moving, saling and buying option.Only negative experience was the moving company (Allied / Coleman), which constantly told me they started with military only moves. The movers and unpackers were awesome and did their job perfectly. The office staff were rude and kept changing the pickup time from morning to afternoon which made it difficult to schedule around for closing on old home. They gave me an estimate which included packing my home but told me I would save a certain amount if I did it myself so I did. I have not heard from them since my unpacking about a money back return. When I called them I was told they would call me back the next day but still waiting.
Overall, me experience wit Veterans United was very good. The staff and relator team were very attentive and supportive through the process, which were very much appreciated by wife and me. I would recommend Veterans United to those that are seeking a good Team to work with.

While yes you have to pay an origination fee, which another companies claim to exempt, Veterans United was quick and the people did everything possible to ensure I got my loan.
