Jake is an exceptional treasure. He worked hard to get us qualified, when other loan officers would have given up. I really enjoyed and appreciated the personal message included with the coffee cup and Roosevelt coffee which is quite good by the way. I couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail because I definitely mentioned drinking and buying this house for my son and I(his mom is coming too now :)) and it really just speaks to the gregarious and friendly spirit of your employees, all of which were great. I will say though that Ellis was the first I talked to when I called last year late 2025 and yeah he’s great and I would definitely utilize your company again and/or refer other potential home buyers to your service.

Very good experience. Julia Cobb was an incredible loan officer. This was our second time working with her and she was exceptional.
I'd like to give thanks to Sarah Stoll for her assistance as the loan coordinator. Her quick response to the various hiccups in home buying was pivotal in the success of our purchase.
Kelsey and Justin were amazing. They were very patient and thorough. Their attention to detail and great communication made this process go smoothly. I will certainly recommend them and will use their services again.
Victoria was phenomenal, however, I was placed with 3 different loan coordinators due to vacations, being off, etc. This was incredibly frustrating knowing who to work with and what needed to be done and who to coordinate with. I would highly recommend releasing what inspections and criteria need to be accomplished at the beginning rather than half way through the inspection period as well.

Checking off our lists and getting things done helps us to know that we're doing our part when working with our lending team.
