All I had to do was tell VU I had a week to find a house, and they handled the rest. They provided us with a realtor who was absolutely fantastic, and our lending team took great care of us. We are blown away at how simple and painless they made the process of buying—even from a couple thousand miles away. I’m sure there are probably lower rates at smaller lenders but VU is really good at working with the challenges and idiosyncrasies of military life and that made it so much less stressful.
I will definitely use Veterans United again, will definitely pass your name on. I've never seen a service that covers everything from the loan process to utilities hook up. You offer a one stop shop for purchasing a home. Thank you for assisting Veterans!
