John, Rachel, and Nicole were once again outstanding every step of the way for me! Rachel and I had a lot of communication back and forth with a few strange hiccups, questions and hurdles, but the entire time I felt taken care of and part of the process in a very positive way. They all did such an excellent job with my entire loan. This is my second loan through Veterans United, and luckily the second time with this team. It was really nice to have had them remember me and my family from several years ago. I will be back again in another several years I'm sure!

If he didnt know the answer he would get back to us and didnt ignore our question/comments/concerns. Was willing to work with us on our night shift sleep schedule.
