Difficulty reaching loan officer for several days at a time. Other than that, excellent service, and I got a loan with a competitive rate. Couldn't really ask for much more.
Brad Mendosa was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He helped us with every question we had and was always incredibly responsive. We ran into some unexpected issues with closing because of a hurricane, but somehow Brad made it all happen and got us to the finish line!
