Loan team communicated often, keeping me informed on where the process was at and what was going on from start to finish. Josh did an excellent job of making the process feel friendly and overall, less intimidating. Had an issue come up the week of closing that would have delayed everything, Josh and the team were able to overcome the obstacle to put everything back on track and still managed to close on the original date as intended.
