Veterans United's "Team" approach is exceptional and made all the difference. Jeff Magsamen and Allyson Metz poured themselves into our home buying journey. If possible, ask for Allyson's and Jeff's Team, you will be glad you did.

The Veterans United team that we had were quick and professional. Our first time home buying experience was full of knowledge. They answered questions that we would think of along the way. Our realtor was devoted to helping us get what we needed. I can not stress how awesome our VU team was. We would like to express our thanks to each and every one on the VU team who made our home dream a reality.

Amazing service with quality people who are there to take care of you every step of the way. You won't find a more pleasurable loan service to work with. Thank you so much!

All VA team members assisted swiftly and a lot of pride. Enjoyed the speedy consistent process

They basically walk you through the process so it’s not difficult at all…

Thanks for all of you assistance assistance hardwork!

Very Very Professional and Experienced team

Michael Quinn was also amazing. Extremely prompt with her emails and always helpful. Thank you to everyone on the team I could not have done it without you.

Our first-time homebuying experience was smoother than a slippery dolphin slicing through the ocean!

VU, with Craig Patenaude as my representative, did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend anyone looking into buying a home to use them. True professionals.

I would highly recommend anyone veteran who see this to go with Veterans United. There are several lenders who do VA loans, but they do JUST VA loans. The time and professionalism they gave/ showed me was above and beyond what I expected when this whole process began. Bravo Zulu to my whole team.

So our loan went through fine, everything went as it should... Eventually. In our experience we had a real lack of communication from the loan team, there were serious issues that came up (appraisal came in low by 20k, builder documents not filled out right that could delay closing) that we got emails about. When I called to ask for clarification, about 90% of the time I got someone's voicemail. All in all, our closing had to be delayed due to paperwork, and while the paperwork being filled out wrong wasn't VU's fault, I feel like if they were a little better at communicating with me and my realtor, this might have been prevented. If everything goes perfectly, this is a good place to send your business. If you are someone unfamiliar with this process, and someone who needs things explained to you in a timely manner like you were 5, or a golden retriever, I would probably try somewhere else. If I ever go through this process again, it will probably be with another lender.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to Veterans United Home Loans throughout my entire home buying experience. The self guided tutorials, on the webiste, were very informative. Beginning with Allen Spencer, my initial contact, who with his charming personality guided me through the process and what to expect. He introduced me to the extremely thorough, Jorge Weiler that stayed on top of me with anything that needed to be done, via my portal to do list. Lastly there was the added touch of a personal concierge, Francie Green who assisted with utility contacts, etc. SIMPLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

The whole team helped me feel a lot less stressed over the whole process. The made sure to keep me in the loop and really helped me understand where the money and information was going. I couldn't of done it without em ! Even working on an off shift they would help me at whatever time I was able to talk. Even on the weekends they had no problem answering my questions and helping explain the next step. I felt well taken care of knowing my team had my back and was ready to move forward with whatever I wanted to do.

I will recommend Veterans United to everybody.
