The team dynamic that we experienced as a family was second to none. We were never left in the dark and always in the loop. We knew expectations and were treated as guests, not simply clients. The level of dedication and support shown to us by Stefanie's team was top notch. If we had to do this all over again, we would still choose Veterans United for our home buying journey. No doubts about it!

My only problem was that the loan took so long to close. 45 days is too long even for a jumbo loan.
Home buying is a big milestone; especially for anyone buying for the first time. I’m extremely grateful for the service and support provided to me by Veterans United and all affiliated teams . Not once did I feel mal informed or lost throughout the process. Everyone who assisted me navigate through this home buying journey continually went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Brendan and the rest of Jake's team were very good at keeping in constant contact throughout the process even when things didn't go well. They took the time to walk me through everything I needed as well as explained any and all concerns. Jake has a GREAT TEAM working for him!!
