Excellent stress free from start to finish. They handled everything, and were always a phone call away for questions. Couldnt of made it any easier.
While I felt underwriting was a bit nit picky at times. (I know they probably get that a lot, but really just doing their job) My overall experience was still good. I love the dashboard that gives updates and opportunity to see where things stand in real time. I also appreciate Brett for taking the opportunity to answer my calls and my questions at anytime. Everyone did their part to get me to the closing table and for that I'm appreciative.

Both David and Alyssa were amazing. Couldn’t ask for better. They answered all my questions well and quickly. They performed above and beyond. Easy to connect with and talk to. I learned of a property that might go for sale and just checked online for va loans to see about how much of a loan I could get to see if it was even possible. The Vetrans United one popped up and I put in my information. Within a day or two, I got a call from Josie and she told me how much i could get. I told her it would be a few months before I knew for sure. She told me to call back when I knew. Fast forward about 5 months and the seller was ready. The loan team said they could handle person to person sales without a realtor and that's what we did. A little over a month later and I just closed on my house. They made it very easy, and answered any questions I had quickly. I am very impressed with the job they did for me and would recommend them to anyone.
