VU is awesome! We loved everything about this process with them! The website is clear and concise. The people are friendly and attentive. Alot of realtors are afriad of working with banks outside of there comfort zone but even my relator said she would start recommending Kyle Boger for her military clients!

My closing day was a disaster which ended up being postponed till the next day due to insurance effective date being over a month old. There was a huge communication problem which resulted in having to reschedule the closing date. Everything should have been checked during the week prior to closing. All paper work and forms should be reviewed with enough time to correct a problem. But the morning of closing day.

The only problem I had with the whole process was the 5 time Veterans United did a hard pull on my credit. Brought the score down to an unacceptable number
