Honestly, everything was going smooth but once it got to the underwriter, things just went down south. We ended up waiting 2 months extra from our closing date. It was a very easy process and they guided us through it but the wait was just horrible which ended up costing quite a bit since we had to pay to keep the interest rate when it dropped to the lowest. It could’ve gone smoother.
