Honestly I cannot speak high enough of the whole team that I worked with on this. I obviously expect nice but I got way more than that. The whole team made me feel so calm and informed throughout the whole process (which was not easy since my anxiety over my first home was high at the start of this!!). Of course they were courteous, but they were also genuine, which made me feel taken care of.
We loved working with Brandon, his team, and Veterans United Home Loans for both our original loan and refinancing loan. They make the whole process super easy and quick. They always answer your calls or call back quickly and we love all the little thoughtful gifts they send us!!! (Personalized glasses, address labels and stamp, and solar powered external power bank.
