I would not recommend VU because I felt like I was just treated like a number and not a person. Also, I don't like the fact that they use veterans in the title, but they are not associated with any Veterans associations.

Excellent experience working with Vetersns United. A Knowledgeable loan team worked with me on my home buying process that was always quick to respond to questions - which made the whole process so much easier.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from my team at United Veterans. They kept me informed with every step that was taking to get me to closing. My loan officer Carl Thomas which is one of the best people I know would contact me after hours and discuss how we could improve my chances on getting to the end. I didn't start the process with United but ended up switching over at the last minute because Carl reached out to me and asked if he could help me get a better rate.
