This was my wife and i's first home purchase. We heard horror stories so we expected the worst. Always waiting for the shoe to drop last minute. With this team it never happened, not even once. Craig was upfront told us everything. All of the Veteran United staff and Crystal performed at a top level. I have no issues with anything. Everyone involved deserves major praise. The kindness and professionalism couldn't be better.

I feel that everything went well but the delay with closing and the constant sending back of my to do items that were correctly completed made the experience a bit worse.

I know I did not have a spot for Nikki on this form BUT she is AMAZING and I could not of asked for a better team because this was such a stressful journey for me, and anytime I reached out they were there. I work in the medical field and know customer service can be tough at times but 20/10 would recommend them.
