Amanda, Deanna and her team were absolutely AMAZING. This is our 3rd VA loan and they made the process so easy for us. They responded to all our questions right away and made sure that everything was a breeze. By far they are the best loan officers we have ever dealt with. Their compassion in helping their clients really does show. I cannot say enough good things about the team. A week prior to us closing on our home. They contacted us to let us know that they were able to lower down our rate by over 2%! I have very high standards for customer service and they exceeded my expectations. What we thought would be a stressful experience ended up being extremely enjoyable. Mike and the rest of the team at VU are absolute professionals. They welcomed us with open arms from the minute we walked into the office. We really appreciated the openness of the staff and the guided mentorship through the process from each and everyone. Lastly, their rates and closing time seem unbeatable. We were blessed to have met all of them (Calle, Diane and Ashton).

Easiest loan officer I could have possibly worked woth
I would defiantly recommend Veterans United. I was skeptical when I first made contact because it was not a local Bank but I was wrong. The process was smooth and everyone involved was excellent at their job.
