I had been a long road to finally closing on a home. Started the process about 2 year later ago and didn’t really dive in until the start of 2024. Due to some unforeseen issues out of our control it took a bit to get my paperwork. John was great with letting me know what I needed. Once that paperwork was in it’s been smooth sailing.
Overall this experience was nerve-racking as it was my first home buying experience but the whole team with veterans united did a great job at helping me through the whole process and explain anything I had questions about. On top of all that I know the whole Veterans United team is there for me if I have any questions even after the closing process.

Justin and his whole VU team gave a first class service throughout the whole process! I think the greatest benefit of working with the team was their working relationships with all parties involved. From my agent to my home insurance team to all of the VU team members everyone knew each other and was able to have the “technical” conversations on their own and then present the options and solutions to me. They communicated exactly what I needed to know and nothing more, keeping my stress levels low and simplifying the process for me. Grade A service!
