VU was very helpful and even covered a few thousand in rate extension fees and some underestimations in the final disclosure. They helped forward mail, setup utilities and had partner deals on home security, internet, etc. Overall, very helpful throughout the process and ended up getting exactly what we needed - a house - with only a few thousand out of pocket! We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.

I cannot thank Chris & Landon enough for their phenomenal work. They got us to the closing table in less than 30 days! Their proactive approach meant everything was provided to underwriting immediately, which was a huge help as I was using a POA from out of the area. No hiccups at all. Second time using VU and they still manage to impress me with their efficiency and professionalism.

Everything about our home buying experience with Veterans United was exceptional. It started with Conner who helped us get our credit in order, he spent so much time directing me and talking things through and guided us the whole way.
