Being able to communicate by phone, text, and email was helpful. The realtor we had was not as communicative or proactive as I was used to. The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!
