Buying a home can be stressful, but this team made the entire process feel smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Lindsey, my loan officer, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable, and always responded so quickly whenever I had questions or needed guidance.

The back and forth of establishing a close date was frustrating. Kevin was doing his best but your title company failed you miserably and repeatedly. I like Levin and felt like he was working for us and I definitely felt like the VA rate was better than the market.

I felt well taken care of throughout the home-buying process. Though I was not impressed with the first agent I was paired with, Veterans United definitely redeemed themselves with the second one. The folks I worked with were always willing to answer my myriad questions and were so gracious with my ignorance with buying a home.
