I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.

The process from pre-approval to preceding was great, until the reduction in VA appraisal value changed the game and the seller and HOA management started to play non disclosure of closing cost at the last minute. This affected my closing cost. I was not happy about that.
We are so impressed with VU our Team Jake, Amy & Emily we able to get us to be a first time Homeowners, they worked with us on every level, every turn, now we are living in the most beautiful home, They improved our living status bigtime!!!

We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
