I filled out rate reduction paperwork a month ago and have not heard anything about it nor can I find it online anymore.

The steps that are necessary to accomplish are laid out and clear to the borrower.
Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.

People told us that the process to get it approved was grueling and long. Realtors indicated a lengthy close would be a difficulty for the sellers.
