They worked hard to ensure everything was timely, precise, and with good financial numbers (interest, fees, etc).
Taylor Webb and Michael Nicholson both were AMAZING in helping us, especially in the ending of the process navigating troubles with the VA, their escalation team and everyone who has been involved in the entire process handled everything beautifully and as stress free as they could have. Everything within their control, even the underwriter as well has been wonderful.
