There were several times where I was sent a document with zero instructions, or given the wrong document. AI was being used to enter addresses which ended up in me being given the wrong quotes. There were also errors on closing disclosures as well. Veterans united has made it clear that this is simply another transaction to them.
Absolute wonderful experience with Nicole from the beginning to the end. From pre approval to closing it was about 2 months. Every step of the way she made it so easy and guided us step by step. I can't say enough how pleased we are and 10 is not nearly a high enough rating,
