They were a pleasure to work with, very transparent and timely, as well as going above and beyond to ensure we were updated the second new information was put out. My only concern is mainly my fault, if you’re planning on getting married during the home buying process, put it off until a bit afterwards. If that’s not an option, tell them at the start of the process.

I have nothing but praise for my Veterans United Dream team. From the initial contact to signing on the dotted line, everyone on our team was professional and very good at what they did in getting my family and I into our dream home. My loan officer Scott Finklang kept me on task with getting my credit where it needed to be for approval. Matt Hudson in underwriting made sure all my needed documentation was in order. Julia Lubbering my Concierge was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Last but not least my reality dynamic duo of Lisa and Sangty Mam helping us find the perfect house. The most important part of the process was even when we hit a setback (there were a few) the team kept us thinking positive. And that's something I can really appreciate now looking back.
