The closing took twice as long as I was told. My banker was on vacation at my closing and didn’t tell anyone he was leaving. And the closing needed a first month’s payment in my account prior to closing and nobody told me this until I was supposed to close.
Great and quick experience.
Everything was great.just thought the closing costs were high.

Alec and his team did a fantastic job communicating with us throughout the process. Natasha was prompt and detailed on all of her communications to us. The entire loan process went about a smooth as we could’ve expected.
Whole team at Veterans United was very communicative, helpful, and reassuring. My only request is to consider if your client is reaching out via email or text to keep it to text or email and ask before calling if a phone call is doable. For me, at least, email and text is easier because of my audio processing disability and full time work schedule.
