Jamie Hughes and the entire team are top-notch! Information came our way regularly and in a timely manner, and if we got stuck, Jamie was easily available to answer questions. The VU web portal is extremely intuitive to use when you are in the loan process, and the website has all kinds of great tutorials and other info.
This was my first time buying a home. These guys made easy and comfortable going through the process. They answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel dumb even though some of my questions may have been. I would definitely recommend using them for a VA loan.
