As a dual inter service military family, transition can be extremely difficult. However, we have used Veterans United once more to purchase our 3rd home. Our loan officer Billy Jones and the entire support team made the process completely seamless.
They were responsive, patient, and walked us through every single step with total transparency. Whenever we needed clarity or had a last-minute question, they were right there with expert guidance and a reassuring attitude. Thank you for helping us with another cross-country transition.
My team was the best they supported and handled problems fast. Even with drastic changes they kept things working right. And its do to their efforts that I find myself as a home owner. And to top it off each part of the team helped answer questions and provided feed back. Im sure they were working with other clients at the same time but I felt like I was their top concern. Jon and his team are amazing, I went through them during my first purchase, and I went through them again with my refinance.
