I had questions on numbers late on evenings and throughout the weekends. Jacob was always quick to run numbers and answer any lingering questions.- Anna: Throughout the loan process, Anna kept myself and the team in the loop 24/7. Nothing caught us off guard and she was able to get the loan processed quickly.

Dan and Yohannes were amazing. Dan wouldn’t hesitate to spend time on the phone to go over every little detail of the buying experience. I was a first time buyer so his education was extremely valuable. Yohannes had a knowledgeable answer for any of my questions. It was super easy to upload my documents. I have no complaints on my buying experience.
I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
Veterans United overall was great. The experience was extensive but good. Eric and Lisa were there to help and advise whenever I needed. Him stayed on top of my case and it was an overall good experience .
My only problem was after I closed the closing title company I believe gave me misinformation on when they were sending out or sent out my payout which I was not happy with at all. It should have been paid out on Monday the 23rd of March I was told it would be paid out on Monday but it wasn't after many phone calls, texts and emails between Eric and Boston national title and escrow the closing company which is very frustrating cuz like I said I kept getting misinformation if it was sent if it was not sent. But in the end I did receive it on Tuesday the 24th of March at 3:00 p.m. so it all turned out. Eric stayed on top of it even before office hours which I appreciated very much.
He was on top of everything he was helpful when I questions he answered to the best of his ability!

We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process.
