Probably more communication for first time homebuyers because I'd say most of us have no clue what anything is and how anything goes. That's what if felt like the whole process other than getting some answers from my agent David. Also need more communication from Angela Hake, I messaged and tried to call throughout the process but no dice so I gave up speaking with her, not sure what's going on there. I'd hire someone else that would at least acknowledge what you ask or say. David my agent was the best compared to anyone on the VU that I dealt with. If he wasn't apart of the process my review would of went the other way. Brie Flippin did her job well.
Working with my team at Veterans United (Chris, Cooper, , Nicole, and Andrea) was so easy. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and really listed to what I needed and wanted from them. They made the whole process very smooth and streamlined.
