Was a very smooth process from start to finish. Josh was always available and able to answers questions. Our selling process on our current home was terrible so for our other half of the process buying a new house was awesome to have Josh make it so smooth. He was up for any challenge we gave him thru the process due to the back end of selling our home. I would definitely recommend veterans united to anyone as well as Josh!

I want to share how positive my overall experience has been with Veterans United.From the very beginning, the process was streamlined and well-organized. After my initial contact, I was reached out to promptly and clearly informed about what to expect moving forward. There were no surprises, no unexpected requirements, and no last-minute changes, which I truly appreciated. Everything was communicated upfront and handled exactly as described.One thing that stood out to me throughout this process was the human element. In a time when so much is automated and driven by systems, AI, and technology, Veterans United managed to balance efficiency with genuine personal connection. At no point did the experience feel cold, detached, or mechanical. I always felt like I was working with real people who cared about the outcome, and that made a meaningful difference to me.I also want to highlight how well the entire team worked together. I did my best to stay responsive and do my part to avoid delays, and the same effort was reflected by everyone involved. Overall, VU was very communicative. The user interface when logging in was helpful for helping me see the whole team and understanding who I was getting all of my calls and emails from. Everyone was helpful and I could understand how their roles differed when it came to helping me with one thing vs. another. Seems like a well-oiled machine!

Closed 2 weeks late. Most documents sat in limbo. Communication from underwriting, the loan coordinator and anyone in between was terrible. No updates unless we reached out to them. It took weeks for documents to show up because both seller and buyer agents and our loan team were not in constant communication until after the closing date. This process costs me thousands of dollars while I had to afford temporary living because of the very late closing date. This was the worst home buying experience I've ever had.
