My assigned team was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable while assisting me through a loan change. We recently refinanced with Veterans United Home Loans using the same loan officer, Nathan Bitner, who has been with us since the very beginning. Everything was Fantastic
I really enjoyed working with Veterans United. The people are nice. You can always get hold of someone if you have questions. Their response times are quick. They will sit and explain any quedtuin you might have, and not make you feel like and idiot. The only thing I had an issue was the amount of people that would call, text or email me saying that they are part of my team. I did feel like I didn't know who I should call first about certain questions. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.
