We moved pretty much as fast as my husband and I were comfortable. Once we were really, really, ready, they stepped up and lead us to purchasing our first home and the whole process was very smooth. The only thing that I would say should be added in the beginning stages is tell the customer if their check stubs have a different name on them and then the person they work for and they will have to have a note from employer stating that is the same company so it doesn’t get kicked back from underwriting.
