Althought the team was great, the relators were awful. We worked with two realtors assigned to us by VU and we were not at all happy with how they handles anything. The first seemed very confused at the simplest questions, and the second didn't seem to have anything under control and was always slow and behind the aggressive realotor we needed.We would recomend anyone that uses VU to find their own realtor.

My unfiltered review wouldn't be shared with the world. Richmond and Sarah were on top of everything thrown at them. They fought every day for me. I definitely feel like we were at war in this process and they stood by my side and even tried to jump in front of a few of the bullets that were thrown our way! I had a great team throughout the process. We as a team only had issues with one single department, however the two of them got it done for me! On behalf of my family and myself, I would like to thank Sarah and Richmond for giving my family our very first home!
Everyone involved have been very helpful and responsive. All questions and concerns I had were handled quickly.

The VA did not explain anything, did not even keep in contact about what was going on or needed. Talked to the realtor more than anyone and he explained everything to me perfectly

Veterans united was and is the way to go if you’re looking for a home. They have all the resources to get you your home
Please understand that we are Veterans with PTSD and the underwriter has to take in consideration that Veterans have memory issues so when we make a mistake on dates, we should not be judged like we are lying. That is my only complaint. The rest of the services was awesome.
I would say for the first time buying a house that our experience was amazing. We heard horror stories from other people about the process and were nervous the entire time. Our entire team walked us through step by step and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. 100/100 fully recommend them.
I had to switch lenders in the middle of the home buying process and that only gave us 2 weeks to close. Veterans united did everything they could to keep the original date, but unfortunately it was pushed back 1 week. They were the most amazing group I've worked with. I won't say the name of the other lender, but veterans united accomplished in 1 night what the other company took a month to do. So glad I switched to them I just should have done it sooner.
