Tons of clerical mistakes led to multiple delays in closing, and caused impacts to my decisions surrounding that time line. Overall, we got it done, but it wasn't smoothed. The team felt over burdened.

From day one he and his teams were in constant contact with me, relieving my stress and actually turning this experience into something enjoyable. Dan was always there to speak with me if I had concerns. He and the team made me feel like a priority and not just a random number. I was always in the loop and that was a big deal for me.
