Great customer service, the only complaint I have is that communication could be a little better at times. Like if something didn’t happen that I thought was supposed to I didn’t get a call about it and wouldn’t have known if I didn’t call and ask. Other than that my loan team was very helpful and made buying my first home enjoyable and a lot less daunting.
