The process was very intuitive in nature and the online checklist laid out what exactly you needed to have completed and where you was at in the loan process. If you show initiative and have all the documents ready to go for upload on the checklist then it will make the whole experience go that much smoother.
There are a LOT of documents that had to be submitted before obtaining the loan. I'm sure it is "procedure", but at times it can be overwhelming. In the end...It was worth it.
