If it was not for the persistence of Nick. Calling me a year later to ask how I was doing, I wouldn't have purchased a home this year. I'm a busy guy with lots to do. Nick kept track of me. When Nick called the first time, I told him my credit is a "Hot Mess". He instructed me with what I can do. I followed his lead. The next call, a year later Nick asked me how I was doing. "I'm a hot mess when it come to credit". He did a soft look. He informed me I met basic requirements. I closed on my condo at the end of November. Your team made it a simple process.
