VeteransUnited...what can I say other than WOW!!! They were great to work with and made the home buying experience for us so easy. Although we had purchased houses in the past, they made it so easy with the MyVet portal. It had all the information needed and was easy to upload documents when asked for them. This by far was the smoothest home buying experience we've had between the 3 home we have purchased previously. I cannot thank them enough for the assistance and helpful demeanor of all the employees especially my loan/purchase team! The only thing I was not too pleased about was the actual closing. I was told it funds distributed would be wire transferred, being told the bank was wiring it, and there was a mistake and it actually wasn't wired. So, I have yet to see any funds. Otherwise, great experience.

Veterans United was the best choice ever made, they listened to what was going on during the loan process and made it go quick and smoothly! Will continue to use them again if need be!
Though I think the underwriter needs a lot of work as far as organization, that is not Jamie's or Veterans United's fault. Jamie did awesome, best broker I have ever had. Thank you!

I would recommend Veterans United to anyone, they work the hardest for their clients above anyone else. They are very professional and kind. No matter how many times we called they always answered or called us right back. If we didn’t understand the process they explained everything down to the smallest detail.
