To many emotional roller coasters. My team didn’t fact check important details prior to a pre-approval.They underbid closing costs by almost $4,000. Among other things, just wasn’t their best foot forward. Mike Dianics was great on disaster relief, but the other team members need work.

A very stress free, informative and professional transaction. I am sorry but I can not "review" my loan specialist Derek Russell as I did not have any communication with him. All my dealings were through my transaction coordinator Krista Moseley.

Everything went very well with the exception of scheduling the closing attorney- not able to close until 3 business days past the expected date. This was due to VU not reaching out to the attorney well in advance and the attorney , when contacted at the last minute was booked on that Friday.
The entire process was easy and they made it that way.
The online experience was excellent. Easy to follow and working w/ my loan office was a breeze.
