Having gone through the home buying process several times before, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Not only would I use them again, I have recommended them to several family members. Veterans United has set a new standard for the rest to follow.

If you are buying in Tennessee you might get to work with Andrea Rice and Kristin Loiselle. They would be considered the dream team of home loans. There were times that I forgot that I was buying a home because they made it so easy. They work as a team and they make things happen. There was times I would email one of them after their business hours and I would get a call or email back almost instantly. Veterans United makes the whole experience very easy.

My loan approval took over 3 months because of accounting issues and being self employed. Although I was ready to give up on the process, both Brian and Joshua at Veterans United were constantly in contact and did everything in their power to make the loan move forward. In my personal opinion if you’re not buying your home through Brianne with Remax All American and Tim with Veterans United Home Loans, then you’re not gonna get the same easy and professional experience, I’m glad they were on my side when buying this home
