Once the offer was made on a home, the process only took about 30 days to move to closing. There was little need for interpersonal communication as it was mostly done by email. All in all, it was one of the lest stressful home purchases we've made.

Refinance my mother's house and Gerrit took care of this process. It took so long because of me an job working so much and trying to get paperwork in. He is always available and or contacts you about the current situation . I had to increase the cash out and he took care of that before we went to signing. I have used Gerrit several times and he has always done an excellent job without issues at signing.
