Despite disclosing a few issues up front and asking if they would become an issue last minute, I was assured that they wouldn’t be. My intent was to side step the mad scramble for documents in the final hour since I have a job and dropping everything to address these were not an option.
They tried the mad scramble anyway. My file sat on the underwriters dear for several days only to be kicked back for the very same issue I disclosed on day 1.
Everything got done, Will gets credit for that, but the underwriter is garbage at their job.

I will leave most of my comments for the end, but I have never experienced anything like the service your team provided. It was exceptional. I typically don’t bother with these things. Reviews are not my cup of tea. But your service and your team are worth it. A class act like this can’t go unnoticed.
My loan officer Andrew Moe was a joy to work with and absolutely knowledgeable about everything I needed t do he is an asset I could not have finished the process without.

On several occasions, my messages and/or calls were not returned. Also, rather than contacting me directly to ask me questions, they were contacting my real estate agent and having her ask me, adding unnecessary steps to an already Long and arduous as process. Lastly , they had NO experience working with people like me, who work in the Film and television industry. If they had been honest about it in the very beginning, I would have gone with a different company who has the experience working with people in the film industry.

We appreciate that UV helped us get into our new home but it was a highly frustrating experience at times. We understand that the mortgage process itself is inherently stressful, but we really felt that avoidable delays and miscommunications occurred, even more so than usual in the process
