I have zero complaints about my experience with them, and for a man that works in IT Quality Assurance, I hope that is received as very high praise!! Sarah, Kevin, and Jenny all served integral roles in making this a remarkably quick and efficient process. Our communications were frequent, never under or overcommunicating. They worked to ensure the underwriter's needs were met on all points, which proved to be quite an undertaking. A few times during the loan approval process I didn't think I would make it to the finish line, but my loan officer Dawn Plank was having none of that. She was amazing.
