POOR information sharing. As a first time home buyer, all of the LAST MINUTE errors and changes were extremely unnerving to me. The delays in closing, cost me time and money and forced me to pay discount points that was total unnecessary had your team kept me better informed.Replacement cost coverage insurance??? Why do I have to have$256,000 coverage on a $60,000 loan

very poor communications, feel like they dont know how to the job properly. Things could have been done sooner if they would have told us instead of last minute. Dont think questions were answered. Would never encourage someone to use.
