Our personal loan specialist was very knowledgeable and always seemed to be on top of things. However, our transaction coordinator was changed mid-process due to child birth and there seemed to be some poor communication in the hand-off because things did not go as smoothly as I felt they should have after this transition. Perhaps, it was due to the nature of the complexity of a VA loan (I wouldn't know, this is my first VA loan). But when we spoke on several occasions, it seemed as though she was lost and hadn't been in the loop with what was going on, requesting that I submit documents that had been previously submitted and about which I had sent multiple emails and texts. On the other hand, she was always pleasant and courteous. seemed
Our loan specialist, Brenda Mertz, was awesome!! She helped us to understand things we really weren't sure of. She's very good at her job. She made it easier to deal with the underwriters. Thank you, Brenda!!
