There was one area that needed improvement, the assistant that worked on my file was constantly emailing me needing paperwork that I had sent to her boss prior to her request, papers that were already on file or asking me to clarify things I just spoke to her boss about.








Veteran's United showed a sincere interest in helping me to get a home rather than selling a home. From the very start I had a feeling of ease with Veteran's. To top it all off my first call was on a Saturday afternoon and to my surprise in just a short while I got a call back and immediately started the process.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish.

Suffice it to say, I will never talk about VU in good light and plan to personally warn and publicly write about it because of our experience that is absolutely unacceptable. I have and will continue to warn as many people and let them know about (amongst many other things) how VU broke compliance (& asked us to comply), were incompetent (I know; I'm industry), constantly lost important documents, no communication especially regarding owning up to mistakes which cost us money but being incompetent and unprofessional we were forced to not even bring it up.
