Over all the experience was very good. I did feel a few timez in my interactions with Craig Anderson he would be somewhat condescending in his response to questions. However he did follow up with all communications. Eric Raw also did a good job of answering all questions about the process.
A truly amazing experience, very easy to work with.
Dave Michaud and Tash were great!! They answered every question and were timely in reaching out to me for all the required documentation ... Would highly recommend to famliy or freiends!!

My experience with VU and my loan team was superior in every respect. I can only offer the highest praise for the thoroughness and professionalism of Sam and his team. The team was attentive and communicative, certainly not what I have normally encountered in my 50 years of dealing with banks and lenders.

BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY EVER! Veterans United has been by far the best experience we have ever had when dealing with a company. My wife and I had done plenty of research beforehand and found out through many reviews that Veterans United was a reputable company and gauged our decision to call from those reviews and experiences others had shared. We were unsure of what we would experience when we called in the first time. With that first phone call we felt welcomed as if we were being teamed up with a very powerful ally. From the moment Zachary Nelson answered the phone I immediately began to feel comfortable talking to him. I have obviously never met him in person before, but within the first few minutes I became very at ease talking to him as if I was having a conversation with a friend. Right out of the gate Zachary began by asking me a few basic questions of what we were looking to do. It did not take very long to feel like we should take the next step which was seeing what we would qualify for. We do not just hand over social security's easily when shopping but we felt comfortable doing so. Zachary quickly gathered the required information and he had an initial approval within a few moments. He explained what the next steps would be and informed us of other documentation that would be required. A packet was sent out which we received the next day. We created our Veterans United account online and from there on communicated through this account as well as by phone and text to fill in any required information as well as documents and correspondence. This process seemed so easy we began questioning ourselves and asking why we hadn’t done this before. Veterans United teamed us up with a great agent. Although there was a holiday the agent that was assigned attempted to help as much as she could. We changed out the agent because she was away and wouldn’t be back soon enough since we wanted to look at houses that same day. That was still a very smooth transaction and although we didn’t seem like it was a fit with the second agent Veterans United (As well as Zachary) immediately got us another agent who we felt was an amazing fit. We were assigned Crystal Rush are our new agent. The team of Zachary and Crystal seemed like a match made in heaven. We felt that all of our concerns or questions were immediately addressed and handled in a timely manner. This was a team that we felt would fight for us to get us exactly what we wanted and that was the case. Crystal was on vacation as well but still went out of her way to get in offers for the house we wanted to purchase. Although Zachary handles many clients we felt that he was always available for anything we needed. We really felt the Zachary had even used his own personnel time to take care of things for us. The entire process from start to finish was long as with many home purchases but it was one of the easiest transactions we have ever experienced. Zachary was on his game every single day and would keep us informed with anything that was going on and what the status of our purchase was through every phase. The difference is that Zachary made us feel like he shared our same excitement in purchasing our home as if he were making the purchase himself. Veterans United as a whole has made this home purchase experience incredible from start to finish. We never felt that something could be so easy. By the end of the transaction we felt like family with Zachary and Veterans United. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone I know because of the experience we have had. Zachary is a stellar performer and one Veterans United should feel is a great asset to their company. Thank you for making our first home purchase experience amazing and an easy and smooth transition.
