Veterans United Mortgage made the process easy! My mother, the widow of a retired lifelong Navy veteran, knew immediately that she wanted to use Veterans United Mortgage when the ad came up online the real estate site! Hands down, she didn’t even think twice that they would be right for her and give her the value and treatment offered to vets. Matt and his team did just that, and went above! They made the process easy and worth the time as they were the best value in home buying! They worked well outside of the company, too! They made contact with my attorney’s office, home owners insurance agency, and my real estate agents. I can appreciate the open communication between parties!
All has been said! Lastly, there were around ten closing statements, and every time I signed one, the monthly payment and closing costs kept going up without full clarification as to why. That would be helpful in the future with your customers!
I was intimidated by the home buying process but Veteransunited really put those fears to rest. What an incredible team that really takes care of their clients. I would love to put a ten on everything but my loan got sold to the worst company on the face of the earth. Thanks guys. Now I knew I would get a new company for my mortgage but it Would have been nice to get sold to penny mac or another more reputable company, not whatever this new horrible NewRez services is. Can’t believe this shit.
