Well where do I start? All I can say is that there is not enough good words to say how much I appreciate veterans United! Especially Whitney r. Brown! And all of her team. So many names that I can't recognize them all! But they know who they are! They have been with me since the get-go! Way over a year ago when I was just trying to find a place from Maryland to Kentucky and Whitney and her team, I know there's Beth. Oh God, so many others! It's like they treat you like their own family! Not only have they helped me with getting a home and even getting refinanced. It's like they treat me like I'm the only person they have to deal with, which I know they have a lot more veterans they're helping also I could go on and on praising them! The service provided was amazing. The team worked incredibly well together. The entire process was easier than I can begin to explain. Every person I was involved with was very kind and went well above normal expectations.
The whole process is…involved. Be prepared to share all of your finances, your addresses, employment, and probably part of your life force. It is a freaking roller coaster of emotions. VetU does their best to walk you through it all. Somehow, I made it through to the other side, and you will, too.
We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
