Matt and desi made getting my home so simple that it put my mind at ease
my loan team sucks ass. i was asked by my loan coordinator to change the dates on my lease and once i did my loan officer accused me of falsifying paperwork. He then up’d the points on my loan because of what his coordinator told me to do. They baited me this entire time and the closing cost sky rocked. Im not happy and i regret using them. They cant clarify things and they made me go in circles they also delayed my closing date. They also kept telling me i had a tax bill when it was in escrow they refused to call the tax office or look up the information online. I HAVE STEERED ALL OF MY FRIENDS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMY COMPANY. I SEE WHY THERES A LAWSUIT AGAINST VETERANS UNITED. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF VETERANS. MY LOAN OFFICER BECAME RUDE AS WELL. LITERALLY COULDNT EVEN GET MY WATER UTILITIES RIGHT EITHER. I HATE THIS SHITTY ASS COMPANY AND I CANT WAIT UNTIL IT GETS SHUT DOWN. THEY EVEN SEND OUT CLOSING GIFTS PRIOR TO YOU CLOSING. I WAS NOT HAPPY ONCE I WAS UNDER CONTRACT.

Working with veterans united for a home loan was a great experience. The app is great. As a first home buyer with traumatic brain injuries it was cool working with Adam. He’s a good guy you should put him in for a navy achievement medal. All people were very quick and professional as far as answering questions or explaining to me the process and making things make sense along the way with no delay at all. I asked Adam the same question 5 times because my memories bad but he never got annoyed or rude he was very professional insightful understanding and expert level, as were Sarah and Kylie and everyone else. Communications were a bit confusing. When trying to recall information, it was difficult to remember if the message was sent by text or in an email.
The total process was hectic but painless. We followed the "to do" list, and everything came together!
I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. We can't even begin to tell you how much we appreciate everyone at Veterans United!! We wasn't even thinking of buying g a house. I was just scrolling online and I Googled how to qualify for a veterans home loan. I didn't realize I was in the Veterans United website, and it popped up that we could buy a house.
