First, they connected me with a Real Estate Agent who is utterly the BEST AGENT in my city. From house hunting to closing they were prompt in communicating with me, always responding with kindness and patience. My Loan Officer even made herself available to answer my questions on the weekend.I cannot express the easiness of this home buying experience. Using the Veterans United app to receive and upload documents made the entire process uncomplicated. The “To-Do” list within the myVU app was my own personal guide. With it I knew exactly what my VU team needed from me. The app also included short informative videos, which were optional to watch, to guide me through the steps from beginning to beyond closing.My VU Team shopped for the best Homeowners Insurance for me, home security providers, informed me of which internet providers I would have access to at my new address. In addition, I received discounts with these service providers because of their affiliation with Veterans United.To be absolutely honest, I don’t feel like I had a home buying experience. I feel like I was blessed with a family of knowledgeable friends who held my hand, went on this personal journey with me, and guided me through one of the biggest and most rewarding experiences of my life.I have heartfelt love and the deepest respect for some phenomenal people at Veterans United who are my Veterans United Team.

I have used Veterans Untied several times and always contact Daniel Lowes. Daniel and his team are always available to answer questions I might have. While going through the process Daniel’s team would call to see if VU could help with anything including making address changes to offering resources for moving and getting setup at our new home. Buying a new home can be scary, but when a whole team reaches out to support and calm nerves it’s refreshing to let them take control. Trust is earned by actions and results. Getting started was fine, from selection of house forward limited to no info for me. Being told 3 separate times id get a call back which never happened. Was repeatedly told would come on 29 knowing I hade to have everything out of my old house by 29th. 2pm on the 28th no sorry it will be the 30th, this after asking repeatedly on Thursday and Friday if we were for sure closing 29th. Told yes. Now out 2nd set of movers at 1600$ and 3 days in a hotel for a family all with disabilities which is another 1000$ storage shed for days to store our house in outside shed at 226. So no this was the worst move I've had. Jennifer and her staff were repeatedly helping making calls and trying to get any information from Alex to no avail
