It was a bit challenging signing documents while stationed in Italy. Not that it is anyone's fault in particular but had I known this I might have made the trip to sign final paperwork. Maybe just something to recommend to your future customers.

Early on we started working with another loan specialist and had some communication issues, so we requested to have Jon McCarty be our point of communication, which VU quickly accomodated. We had a few hitches with our Settlement Agent quitting, and we had to hire a new Settlement Agent to finish the job. VU was on the ball, and when there were issues, the communications were excellent with our Realtor and Settlement Agent/Attorney.
Mark Sexton is a joy to work with.
