It was a very quick surprise and very very smooth. If I had a question on Saturday and texted the chat Sam or Cooper would anwser and will get back to me on Monday and when Monday did they sure did get back to me. They wanted to anwser any and all my questions and I was happy that Sam’s team were able to anwser my questions and ask if there was anything more they can do. Thank you Bailey for internet help! Thank you all for making our 1st home a great experience and just in time for Christmas at home

My entire loan team was beyond incredible. If it wasn't for Anna's expertise, I would still be sitting here thinking that I can't qualify for a home period. She gave me a very simple 3-point plan to get my credit raised enough to qualify. You Go Girl!!Aaron and Anthony are my hero's for getting us to the finish line! They walked me through every detail and were available 24/7 to answer any questions I had. They also never seemed to get irritated when I would ask millions of questions or be on the verge of a breakdown. The online to-do list is probable my favorite part about this process.
