Matt Lucas and Collin Ward are amazing. Underwriting was a bit ridiculous. Bottom line: EVERYTHING went smooth until underwriting....then we closed late and stupid things were required like (i.e. a letter from our old mortgage company stating the balance on our account was "0"---even though they had the release of lien!)
Grisha was amazing. He answered all of our questions. Rylan took it home! This team's patience is something to be praised.
