They were wonderful. Emails and phone calls were promptly returned, and everything went very smoothly.

Very poor process collecting docs. Docs asked for one at a time by underwriter when docs could have been requested at once causing the process to extend many days beyond necessary. Extremely poor processes!

A great experience to be part of..

Being told a few hours before closing what to bring to closing was upsetting. Especially since I spent much of what I had to live in a motel and do some repairs.

Outstanding job!

At the beginning of the loan process they were helpful. But in the end there was a lot of miscommunication, misinformation, and missed deadlines because of it. Too much impersonal communication by email.
